Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other relevant reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely finalization of accounts, tax returns (GST), TDS filing, and MIS reporting.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
- B.Com degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP9 or similar tools.
- Robust knowledge of GST laws and regulations.
