Security Guard protects a company's property, assets, employees, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring premises, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Patrolling: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols around the perimeter and interior spaces to deter crime and spot safety hazards.
- Access Control: Monitor entrances, verify employee or visitor IDs, issue guest passes, and manage vehicle logs.
- Surveillance: Watch closed-circuit television (CCTV) feeds, monitor alarm systems, and test security equipment.
- Incident Response: Act as a first responder to disturbances, unauthorized entries, fires, or medical emergencies.
- Enforcement & Eviction: Warn or remove trespassers and enforce building safety policies, coordinating with local law enforcement or fire departments when necessary.
- Reporting: Write detailed daily activity logs and post-incident reports for management or legal review.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma, GED,



or equivalent secondary education.
- Licensing: A valid state or regional security guard license/registration (where required by law).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended hours and work in varying weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong observational awareness, calm demean or under pressure, conflict de-escalation, and explicit communication.
- Certifications (Preferred): First Aid, CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), or specialized armed guard training.

Job Location: Murudeshwar. (Karnataka State) Experience: 3 to 8 Years.
