Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) role based in Hyderabad. The SDET will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools for AI-native and data-intensive systems.

Responsibilities include writing and reviewing testable code, creating and executing test plans, and building robust automation suites for APIs, back-end services, and microservices. The role involves collaborating closely with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to define quality standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure reliable, scalable, and performant releases. The SDET will also analyze defects, optimize test coverage,



and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or similar).
- Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns for building maintainable test and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including testing APIs, services, and databases, and working with cloud or containerized environments.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Appium, Typescript, Selenium, REST-assured, pytest, TestNG, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write explicit, maintainable test cases and documentation, and to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in AI, data platforms, or analytics-driven products is a plus, along with an interest in learning new technologies.
