Job Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT.
- At least 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Functional Project Manager role for NBFC with through understanding in LOS / LMS / Collection management system.





Skill Requirements • Technical Competencies o Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools. o Good understanding of .Net based application with SQL experience. o Positive understanding of API integration. o Well verse about change management tool.
- Behavioural Competencies • Collaborative Approach • Execution Focus • Additional skill Requirement o Preference will be given to candidates with profession certifications Agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) & SAFe certification o Good communication and documentation skills.
