We’re hiring a School Outreach Associate.

Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students - programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years we’ve grown into one of India’s leading experiential learning companies, with 750+ journeys, 50+ partner schools, and 30,000+ students having travelled with us.

We work with some of the most progressive schools in the country - schools that believe students learn as much from the world as from the classroom. This role finds the next ones: the schools that already think the way we do, and the people inside them who’d want to hear from us.

What you’ll work on

- School outreach - research schools whose thinking matches ours, find the right person (principal, coordinator, grade head), and reach them by email, phone and LinkedIn
- Meetings - set up conversations for our outreach managers, and prepare what they walk in with: the school’s context, past contact, the programs that fit
- Follow-through - send collateral and proposals, follow up on time,



and make sure no school that showed interest goes quiet on our side
- Pipeline - keep our outreach records live: every school, every touch, every next step, so the team always knows where things stand
- Events - represent Redwood at school fairs, education conferences and campus visits

This role sits in our Outreach team and works closely with our Outreach Manager. It’s relationship work with schools, not telesales.

We’re looking for someone who cares about education. You might follow how schools in India are changing, or have views on what good learning looks like, and you’d enjoy talking to principals about it. That matters more to us than a sales background.
