- Lead SAP CS solution design covering the full-service lifecycle
- Own Solution Design (SoDe), functional specifications, and design sign offs.
- Act as functional SPOC for Customer Service processes across business and IT.
- Drive standardization and global template adherence.
- 8–12+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP CS leadership roles.
- At least one full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Experience in both AMS and implementation environments preferred.
- Ensure compliance with S/4HANA data model and simplification items.
- Own SD CS integration
- Robust understanding of service driven business models (aftermarket, spare parts, maintenance).
- Ensure Clean Core adherence and controlled extensibility.
