Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security Subject Matter Expert to lead the strategic direction and execution of our enterprise security posture. In this pivotal role, you will safeguard critical business processes by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks across the SAP ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, managing complex risk scenarios, and protecting sensitive data through advanced identity and access management solutions.

This position demands a deep understanding of the SAP landscape, particularly within S/4HANA environments, to drive secure digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Architect and oversee the implementation of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategies, with a specific focus on Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis and mitigation.

- Design and manage secure identity provisioning workflows utilizing SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and SAP Identity Management (IDM) or Saviynt platforms.

- Secure API integrations and data exposure layers by configuring protections for SAP OData services (versions 2 and 4) and other interface protocols.

- Conduct comprehensive security audits and compliance reviews to validate system integrity, ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational mandates.





- Develop and optimize authorization objects, custom transaction codes, and role hierarchies to enforce least-privilege access principles.

- Lead security hardening efforts for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP HANA databases, ensuring alignment with up-to-date security best practices.

- Perform continuous monitoring and analysis of security logs to identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive remediation measures.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess 6 to 9 years of hands-on professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on SAP security architecture and administration.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP GRC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk management methodologies.

- Show proven expertise in configuring and managing SAP IAS, SAP IPS, and Identity Provisioning solutions.

- Possess strong technical knowledge regarding SAP OData V2 and V4 protocols, along with API security implementation.

- Have practical experience with SAP IDM or Saviynt identity lifecycle management tools.

- Display a solid track record in conducting SAP security audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Be well-versed in defining Authorization Objects and securing Custom T-Codes.

- Exhibit deep competency in SAP S/4HANA security configurations, Fiori role design, and SAP HANA database security.

- Target compensation range is ₹15-18 LPA.
