Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of robust integration solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cloud-based SuccessFactors applications and on-premise or other cloud SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and will play a critical part in architecting complex integration scenarios that support our enterprise's digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and manage integration flows using the SAP BTP Cockpit, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop custom logic and scripts utilizing Groovy to handle complex data transformations and business rules within integration scenarios.
- Architect and model iFlows to facilitate seamless connectivity between SuccessFactors and various SAP HCM systems.
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring of integration processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and executing effective troubleshooting strategies to maintain system stability.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including the configuration of credentials, value mapping,



and secure data transmission standards.
- Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for SuccessFactors to SAP HCM integrations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven qualified experience of 5 to 7 years in SAP integration technologies, specifically within the SAP SuccessFactors CPI domain.
- Demonstrated proficiency in navigating the SAP BTP Cockpit for application management and deployment.
- Strong technical command over Groovy scripting for customizing integration logic and handling data manipulation.
- Extensive hands-on experience in iFlow configuration, modeling, and optimization for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Expertise in integration monitoring tools and methodologies for diagnosing and resolving runtime errors.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks, including the management of authentication credentials and value mapping techniques.
- Prior track record of successfully delivering SuccessFactors to SAP HCM integration projects.

Compensation
- Annual Salary Package: ₹15 LPA
