Job Title: SAP SD Consultant – AMS Support
Experience: 7+ Years
:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Hands-on experience in SAP SD Application Management Services (AMS) and production support.
- Solid knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, shipping, billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience in SAP SD configuration, including pricing, sales document types, item categories and schedule line categories.
- Experience handling incidents, service requests, problem tickets, root cause analysis (RCA) and change requests.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and FI modules.
- Experience working with ticketing tools and meeting SLA timelines.
- Good communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
