- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years of SAP consulting experience with robust expertise in SAP EHS implementations and support engagements.
- Minimum one end-to-end SAP EHS implementation project and one AMS/support engagement.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP EHS modules, including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Substance Management, and Compliance Management.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS and integration with SAP PM, HCM, MM, WM, and PP modules.
- Experience configuring regulatory reporting and compliance management processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications, IDocs, workflows, and interface integrations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and industrial compliance requirements.




- Experience working with hazardous material management and workplace safety processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Proven experience delivering implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional global teams.
- Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Metals, or Heavy Industries will be a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work according to project-specific time zones.
- Willingness to travel to Liberia based on project requirements.
- Adaptability to changing business priorities and project timelines.
