- Lead end-to-end SAP AI Finance Transformation programs from strategy through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and execution strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance operations using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process Automation, RPA, and Analytics solutions.
- Drive AI-enabled transformations across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, Risk & Compliance Monitoring, Audit Automation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, governance, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, finance SMEs, AI specialists, data engineers, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives within budget and quality objectives.
- Establish project governance structures,



steering committees, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Oversee data governance, data quality, integration, and migration activities supporting AI-driven finance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, security standards, ethical AI principles, and organizational governance requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, executive reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Track program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Drive change management, organizational readiness, communication, user adoption, and training programs.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across finance transformation initiatives.
- Support deployment, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
