Job Title: SAP FSM Technical Consultant

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as an SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Technical Consultant, playing a pivotal role in the successful deployment and technical optimization of our field service operations. This position is critical for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within the IT Services sector. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems while enhancing service delivery processes through advanced configuration and development strategies.

Responsibilities

- Lead the technical execution of SAP FSM implementation projects and large-scale rollouts, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom ABAP code and SAP CRM enhancements to extend system functionality and address specific business needs.
- Architect and manage integration workflows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and the SAP Integration Suite to ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Perform deep-dive technical configuration and development tasks specifically tailored to the SAP FSM module to optimize field service workflows.




- Establish and maintain robust integration points between SAP FSM and SAP CRM, facilitating smooth data exchange and process synchronization.
- Define and oversee SAP CRM service processes, ensuring they meet operational efficiency goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage FSM-specific APIs and middleware solutions to support external connectivity and system interoperability.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess 4 to 8 years of relevant skilled experience in SAP technical consulting and implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP FSM implementation and rollout methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming and the ability to execute SAP CRM enhancements effectively.
- Proven track record in utilizing SAP CPI and the SAP Integration Suite for complex integration scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FSM technical development and system configuration.
- Solid understanding of the integration architecture between SAP FSM and SAP CRM.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM service processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Competence in managing FSM APIs and configuring integration middleware.

Salary Range: ₹24 LPA
