Position: SAP FI Consultant (Finance) with AI Exposure

Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance processes and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Copilot, or intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP FI implementations, support, enhancements, and transformations while leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize finance operations and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP FI solutions across business functions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FI functional specifications.
- Work on end-to-end SAP FI processes including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

- Financial Closing and Reporting
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP CO, MM, SD, BW, and S/4HANA teams.
- Support system integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Drive process improvements using AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered use cases in finance operations such as:

- Financial forecasting

- Intelligent invoice processing

- Automated reconciliations

- Financial analytics and reporting
- AI-driven decision support
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.




- Provide incident resolution and support for production environments.

Required SkillsSAP Expertise
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration and implementation.
- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and CO modules.

AI & Digital Skills
- Experience or exposure to:

- Generative AI

- SAP Business AI

- SAP Joule

- Intelligent Automation/RPA

- Predictive Analytics
- Understanding of AI use cases in Finance and ERP environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration or Transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and AI services.
- Experience with finance process automation initiatives.
- SAP FI Certification preferred.
- Domain experience in Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, or Consulting sectors.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CMA is an added advantage.

Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of SAP FI consulting experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects.
- Understanding of AI-driven finance transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
