Delivery of specific capability in Technology Consulting

Understand the business of the client and their key business issues

Advise clients on best business practices

Layout the Business requirements of the client

Understand business requirements and validate technical feasibility for each of the requirements

Configure and build the client business processes based on implementation package platforms

Map requirements into user stories

Maintain, Track and Report processes

Test and Validate end to end Business processes

Own and Lead agile ceremonies such as client demo

- Prepare clients for supporting the system in a production environment

Qualifications

Professional Qualification (Consultant) - MBA/ PGDM with 24+ months of experience (Preferred).

Required - B.E./B.Tech with 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in eCommerce domain

Key Skills

Required

Excellent analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Valuable understanding of IT concepts and software delivery.

Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris.

Ability to engage with clients through meetings, video conferences, and email to understand business processes and challenges.

Experience eliciting, analyzing, modeling,



documenting, and validating business requirements.

Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows.

Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore development and testing teams.

Support Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, defect triage, and stakeholder reviews.

Experience defining and supporting functional testing, including test scenarios, test cases, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect validation.

Understanding of key eCommerce capabilities such as product catalog, search, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, customer management, orders, and returns.

Ability to identify and apply relevant industry practices to client engagements.

Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

GenAI Experience

- Ability to use approved GenAI applications to support:

User story and acceptance criteria creation

Requirements analysis and gap identification

Functional test scenario and test case development

Meeting summaries, action logs, and project reporting

- Functional documentation and status updates
