Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture &

- Implementation

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAC BI, Planning, and Predictive Analytics solutions.
- Work closely with business teams to gather, refine, and document business requirements and translate them into SAC functional design specifications.
- Develop complex financial and operational planning models (e.g., CAPEX, OPEX, Workforce Planning, Sales/Revenue Planning).

SAC BI &

- Analytics

- Build interactive stories, dashboards, digital boardrooms, and responsive layouts tailored for executive decision-making.
- Define and optimize Data Models, Data Actions, Allocations, Value Driver Trees (VDT), and Advanced Formulas in SAC.
- Configure data access control, role-based security, object-level security, and team setups within SAC.

Integration &

- Data Modeling

- Design and configure live and import connections to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP IBP, and non-SAP sources.
- Collaborate with data engineering and BW/S/4HANA teams to optimize data structures and CDS views for SAC integration.

Stakeholder Management &

- Leadership

- Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business leads and key executives.
- Provide functional guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for mid/junior consultants.
- Drive change management, training,



and documentation (functional specs, user manuals, process maps).

Qualifications &

- Required Skills

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP Business Intelligence &
- Analytics, with at least 4+ years of dedicated experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Technical Skills

- Deep functional and hands-on experience in SAC Planning (Models, Data Actions, Allocation rules, VDT, Advanced Formulas).
- Strong experience with SAC BI Story Building, Custom Widgets, R-visualizations, and Digital Boardroom configuration.
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP HANA Native views.
- Hands-on knowledge of security setup (Teams, Roles, Privacy settings, Data Level Security) in SAC.
- Familiarity with SAC Application Design (Analytic Applications using JavaScript/TypeScript scripting) is a robust plus.

- Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning &
- Analysis (FP&A;)

, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of leading SAC implementations throughout full project lifecycles (blueprinting to hypercare).
