Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee the overall operations of the salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the salon team, driving revenue, ensuring operational efficiency and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise and motivate salon professionals, including hairstylists, beauticians and support staff.
- Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure business growth.
- Monitor daily sales, customer footfall, service bookings and staff productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, grooming and performance.
- Monitor inventory, salon products, equipment and consumables.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and service quality standards.
- Promote salon services, packages and retail products to increase revenue.




- Track business performance through KPIs such as ATV, UPT and customer retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in salon management or the beauty and wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of salon services, treatments and operations.
- Strong sales, revenue generation and business management skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Monthly revenue and sales target achievement.
- Average Transaction Value (ATV).
- Units Per Transaction (UPT).
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Staff productivity and performance.
- Service quality and operational efficiency.
- Inventory management and stock control.
