Job Summary: DarshKan, a premium handloom saree and ethnic wear brand, is hiring an experienced Salesman for our retail shop. We are looking for an active and presentable individual with a strong understanding of fabrics, weaves, and retail apparel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the perfect sarees and ethnic wear.
- Guide customers by explaining the details of various handloom weaves, silk varieties (such as Ghicha and Paithani), and fabric quality.
- Drive sales to meet shop targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the shop's visual displays,



style mannequins, and manage daily inventory organization.
- Address customer queries professionally to build long-term trust and relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales (saree or garment industry preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of different fabrics, material textures, and ethnic fashion trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly active on the shop floor and a cooperative team player.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
