About the Role

Galaxy Weblinks is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce CRM and marketing platforms, along with the ability to guide developers, translate business requirements into robust solutions, and evaluate opportunities to apply AI.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, technical design, and implementation approach across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Define scalable customisation and integration approaches, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, APIs, and platform automation.

Guide solution design and implementation across Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot), including campaign and marketing automation requirements.

Assess business and technical requirements, identify platform capabilities, and recommend best-fit Salesforce solutions.

Establish development standards, architecture principles, security practices, data model design and performance considerations.

Review solution designs and code, guide developers, resolve complex technical challenges and ensure quality delivery.





Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to manage technical discussions, dependencies, risks and solution decisions.

Evaluate relevant Salesforce AI capabilities and identify practical use cases for AI-enabled automation and productivity.

Required Technical Skills

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, technical design or architecture, with strong hands-on expertise.

Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Good command of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, Salesforce automation and custom development.

Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot).

Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, data migration and third-party systems.

Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles/permission sets, governor limits and performance optimisation.

Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities and emerging AI use cases; practical implementation exposure is an advantage.

Experience with code reviews, deployment practices, CI/CD and release management.
