Receive and file purchase orders from external customers.

Prepare lists and gather information from internal sources to support ZANINI decision-making.
- Global Sales & Market Intelligence Director

Direct reports: None
- Internal and external customer orientation

Perform various support and back-up tasks focused on commercial activities.
- Key Account Manager

Indirect reports: None
- Understanding of the organisation

Support BDMs/KAMs in customer-related matters.
- EMEA BDM / Korean Customers Sales & Projects Liaison
- Initiative

Prepare quotations in accordance with internal and customer standards,



and submit them to customers within the specified deadlines. Examples include spare parts, packaging changes, Incoterm changes, special batches, and modifications to products already in series production.
- Commercial Assistants

Enter RFQ data into the Management of Quotations system for quotations relating to product modifications classified as subquotations.”
- Project, Product Engineering, Process Engineering and Innovation teams

Education: Actively collaborate with sales staff from other Group divisions on global quotations or commercial tasks where required, always under the supervision and control of the Regional Sales Director.
- Logistics and Quality departments at ZAG and EMEA plants
- Intermediate-level qualification.

Technical skills

- External customers (Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Styling)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
