About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and coach our sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives
- Set and track individual and team sales targets
- Forecast revenue and report performance to leadership
- Step in on key deals to support reps in closing
- Identify training needs and support skill development within the team

Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with managing a team
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting sales targets
- Strong coaching and people-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline and forecasting
