Role Description The Sales Officer role at Topsel Toyota is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Officer will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their mobility needs, and present suitable Toyota vehicles and service offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting showroom walk-ins and test drives, explaining product features and financing options, preparing and following up on quotations, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for vehicle delivery, participating in promotional activities and events,



and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

The Sales

Officer is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and interest in the automotive sector; prior experience in vehicle or retail sales is preferred.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for CRM, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; a background in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
