Sales Officer HoReCa / FMCG

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years in HORECA in Bangalore

Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverage / HoReCa

Function: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens and Institutions.
- Generate leads through regular market visits and convert them into business.
- Manage existing HoReCa customers and drive repeat orders and revenue growth.
- Meet chefs, purchase managers, restaurant owners and other key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with distributors/channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain daily sales/visit reports and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Beverage / HoReCa / Institutional Sales.
- Experience handling hotels, restaurants, cafe, caterers, QSRs or institutional customers preferred.
- Positive knowledge of the Bangalore market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field sales and local travel.
- Target-oriented with good business development and customer-acquisition skills.

Salary 4 to 6 LPA + performance incentives, depending on experience and candidate profile.
