About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development initiatives, expand our customer base, strengthen market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the wire and cable manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and develop potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Drive B2B sales across industrial, infrastructure, power, railway, telecom and other relevant sectors.
- Develop dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and sales agreements.
- Monitor sales pipelines, order bookings, revenue targets and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase,



Accounts and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders and outstanding payments.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and departmental targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, periodic MIS reports and management updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech or MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration preferred.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of market development, lead generation and sales strategy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Wire & Cable Manufacturing will be preferred, particularly those familiar with power cables, control cables, flexible cables and industrial cable solutions.
