Grade: Deputy Manager or Manager

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates from Banking, NBFC or Telecom sectors.
- Robust team handling and sales management experience.
- Experience in managing field sales teams is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage retail asset business across 12–15 branches in Chennai and Kanchipuram.
- Drive sales of Credit Cards and other Retail Loan products.
- Handle and manage Sales Officers and Business Development RMs.
- Drive branch-wise business targets and ensure consistent sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with branch teams and drive business growth.
