TITLE: Sales Manager-Flexo Inks & Coatings

CTC: 40k to 95k CTC per month (fixed + variable)

Consummate with experience: Includes uncapped commission

Reporting Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Industry: Offset Printing Consumables

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our retail sales team. The Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting the consumables portfolio to customers and re-sellers. He will be responsible for coordinating activities between Customers, procurement division, dispatch division and billing division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify customers for the sale of the company’s Flexographic Inks & Coatings.
- Approach customers and present the company’s Flexographic Inks & Coatings to the customers via presentations and brochures.
- Acquire trial dates for products within the portfolio assigned (Flexographic Inks & Coatings).
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Dispatch divisions to ensure material reaches the customer or dealer.
- Conduct Trials at the customer’s shopfloor and convince the customer of cost savings and/or quality improvement and/or problems solved.
- Obtain Purchase orders from the customers and dealers and forward the same to Accounts department for billing.




- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure smooth and continual running with repeat orders.
- Attend any technical troubleshooting engagements as required by the customer and approved by the head of retail sales.
- Develop a dealership network for the Flexographic Inks & Coatings and ensure order placement and projections.
- Ensure sales targets are executed.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the board of directors from time to time.

Qualifications:

- B. Tech (Printing) or Diploma in Printing Technology holders only.
- 5 Yrs+ experience in selling of Flexographic Inks & Coatings in the Industry
- Develop and expand the dealer and customer network for Flexo Inks & Coatings across PAN India
- A good network of peers in offset and flexographic print production.
- Up to date with the latest offset and flexographic printing technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to GROW.

Skills:

1) Hands on experience in a production workplace is highly preferred.

2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
