Position: Sales Executive – Ice Cream Division Department: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Ice Cream & Food Distribution Job Responsibilities 1. Identify and approach new vendors, retailers, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hotels and other potential business clients.

- Promote and sell the company's ice cream products to different vendors and business outlets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
- Visit assigned market areas regularly to generate new sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product distribution.
- Explain product varieties, pricing, margins and promotional offers to vendors.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure timely product supply.
- Follow up on payments, outstanding balances and repeat orders.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market demand.
- Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports and order records.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or FMCG sales preferred.

- Experience in food, beverages,



ice cream or distribution sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to approach and convince new vendors.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Indicators (KPIs) - Monthly sales achievement.
- Number of new vendors acquired.
- Number of active and repeat customers.
- Market coverage and daily client visits.
- Payment collection and outstanding control.
- Growth in product distribution.

Compensation - Fixed Monthly Salary: As per experience.

- Travel Allowance: As per company policy.
