What you will do

Identify and develop new business opportunities across fragrance application categories

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers

Promote Aerome’s fragrance portfolio and understand customer requirements

Achieve sales targets and contribute to consistent business growth

Share market insights and customer feedback to support business development

What we need from you:

1–3 years of experience in sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused approach

Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly

Passion for fragrances is an advantage

Sales Manager

What you will do

Lead and manage sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets

Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned markets





Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and decision-makers

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

Drive forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

What we need from you:

5+ years of sales experience in fragrance / flavor / personal care / allied industries

Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading teams

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

Ability to manage key customer relationships and business growth
