Responsibility

- Responsible for Sales & thruput of the stores

- Responsible for Visiting stores as per the frequency set

- Responsible for Launching New products/ Existing product lines in the stores

- Responsible for ensuring Supply, Fulfilment &
- Shelfshare to the stores

- Responsible for deploying Chillerin the stores&

- Hiring space for branding elements

- Responsible for Executing marketing programs at the store

Planning &

- Marketing:

- Plan Secondary Sales&
- Marketing activity along with Manager and Execute Plan

- Prepare store level investment plan and Align manager for deployment (Chillers&

- Branding Elements)

- Collect store level information like competition sales and submitt to managersfor planning periodically as per plan

- Plan monthly for store level sampling and eventlike farm visit program tto etailer for planning operational requirement

Operation

- Visitstores and Book orders as per the suppy frequency planned

- Put up sampling program and other marketing program toExisting/Current stores and Execute

- Conduct Farm visit program to retailer





- Monitor the Supply and fulfilment with Distributor

- Handle and Manage Distributor run operation

- Launch non-listed SKUs/Product categories and New products

- Enroll Recent outlets as per plan by Identifying outright outlets as per the Plan

- Monitor Competition Activities/Sales and report to Managers for recording

- Execute outletlevel sampling program& other marketing program

- Deployment of chiller at the stores by following up with reporting manager and trademarketing team

- Hire Visibility &
- Branding space in the stores in alignement with plan from the reporting manager

- Control RTV in the stores by handling FIFO and stock rotation

- Execute Pilots program in the stores

- Communication of schemes and other business development program in retail outlets
