Overview

We are urgently hiring Field Sales Executives with experience in B2B sales within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop B2B sales through dealers and distributors

2.Achieve sales and collection targets within the assigned territory

Identify current business opportunities and expand the dealer network

3.Promote company products and provide suitable solutions to customers

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Candidate Requirements:

- 2-3 years of field sales experience in Building Materials, Furniture Hardware, Architectural Hardware,

Bath Fittings, Sanitary ware,



Modular Kitchen, Plywood, Laminates, Adhesives, or related industries

- Strong experience in B2B sales and dealer network development
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Basic arithmetic and reporting skills
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
- Any Graduate (Graduation not mandatory for experienced candidates)
