About the roleFitAstra is looking for an Sales Executive who enjoys talking to people, understanding their needs and converting interested prospects into paying customers.

You'll be responsible for selling FitAstra's fitness services, including Astro AI subscriptions, personal training sessions and coach subscription plans.

This is a hands-on sales role where your primary responsibility will be generating conversions through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

- Call potential customers and fitness professionals from company-provided leads.
- Convert interested fitness users into paying Astro subscribers and personal training customers.
- Connect with personal trainers and nutritionists and sell FitAstra's coach subscription plans.
- Explain product advantages, pricing and services clearly.
- Handle customer questions, objections and pricing concerns.
- Follow up with interested prospects through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Maintain lead records and track daily sales performance.




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or telecalling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and WhatsApp selling.
- Experience handling leads and converting them into paying customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, EdTech or consumer services is a plus.

Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
