Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle the sales of pre-owned/used cars. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, showcasing vehicles, negotiating prices, and closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through online portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable used cars.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and documentation to prospective buyers.
- Arrange vehicle inspections and test drives for customers.
- Negotiate prices and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the evaluation, operations, and documentation teams for smooth vehicle transactions.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and lead follow-up data.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and used-car demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably used-car sales.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of local markets and driving licence will be an added advantage.
