Key Responsibilities

- Support daily sales and distribution operations through DMS and backend processes.

- Manage distributor and outlet master creation, updates, and compliance.

- Handle DBRS management, beat alignment, outlet transfers, and route updates.

- Process backend requests through CRM workflows.

- Provide operational support for DMS and HHT applications.

- Assist users with order processing, invoicing, and inventory transactions.

- Perform data verification and maintain accurate operational records.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and field teams.

Required Qualifications

- Malayalam and English Language Proficiency.

- Graduate in Commerce, Management, IT, or a related discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, DMS, CRM, or ERP systems.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
