- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with field sales executives and Area Sales Managers.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Maintain customer details and sales records.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer payments.
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch and logistics departments.
- Provide product information, pricing and sales support.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Follow up for outstanding collections
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
