Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations. This role includes managing inquiries, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The Sales

Coordinator will assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups, track sales activities and performance metrics, and ensure timely responses to client requests.



The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage daily workflows and support the sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to use basic office and CRM tools, with attention to detail in data entry and report generation.
- Prior experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working in an on-site, rapid-paced setting in Indore with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
