The Scrum Master will drive Agile delivery for the GenAI program, ensuring effective collaboration between business stakeholders, quality SMEs, AI teams, and engineering teams. The role focuses on facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of GenAI-driven investigation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Manage sprint execution, backlog refinement, and release planning.

- Coordinate dependencies across AI, UI, Backend, Testing, and Business Analysis teams.

- Remove delivery roadblocks and escalate risks appropriately.

- Track velocity, burn-down metrics, and team performance indicators.

- Foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement.





- Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Support planning, estimation, and capacity management.

Required Skills

- Agile Scrum / Secure methodologies

- JIRA / Azure DevOps

- Risk and stakeholder management

- Project governance and reporting

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Experience

- 6+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead

- Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI programs

- Pharma or Life Sciences industry experience

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)
