Role & responsibilities

- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management Framework, policies, and procedures across the organization.

- Partner with business and support functions to identify, assess, monitor, and manage operational risks using tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

- Provide advisory support and guidance to business units on operational risk matters and risk mitigation strategies.

- Review and monitor key operational risks and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and corrective actions.

- Prepare, analyze, and present operational risk reports, dashboards, and management information for senior management, Risk Committees, and other governance forums.

- Analyze operational loss events, risk incidents, and near-miss data to identify trends, root causes, and emerging risks.

- Identify operational risk gaps across products, processes, and business functions and recommend appropriate controls.





- Support periodic reviews and enhancements of the operational risk framework in line with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

- Conduct operational risk assessments for recent products, services, processes, systems, and change initiatives.

- Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA), operational resilience, and incident management activities with various departments.

- Manage collection, validation, quality checks, and regulatory reporting of RBS tranche data.

- Track risk action plans and ensure timely closure of audit, compliance, risk, and control-related observations.

- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Information Security, and Business Teams to strengthen the overall control environment.

- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and risk reviews by providing relevant data and documentation.
