Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand at mall kiosks, pop-up stalls, and trade exhibitions. In this role, you will be the frontline face of our brand, responsible for stopping foot traffic, pitching products, demonstrating value, and closing sales in high-energy, rapid-paced retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement &
- Foot-Traffic Conversion

- Proactively approach passing shoppers, initiate conversations, and draw foot traffic into the stall.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, handle objections, and clearly communicate features, benefits, and special promotional offers.

- Close sales to meet and exceed daily and weekly revenue targets.

- Stall Operations &

- Visual Merchandising

- Set up and dismantle stall displays, signage, marketing collateral, and demonstration equipment according to brand guidelines.

- Keep the stall clean, organized, well-lit, and visually inviting at all times.





- Manage product replenishment, stock rotation, and display security during peak mall/exhibition hours.

- Transactions &

- Inventory Handling

- Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital/UPI payments via mobile Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals or card readers.

- Accurately issue receipts, handle exchanges/returns per company policy, and tally closing balances at the end of each shift.

- Conduct daily physical inventory counts, log sold units, and notify management promptly of low stock or replenishment needs.

- Collect customer contact details (leads, email sign-ups, or loyalty program enrollment) where applicable.

- Provide daily end-of-shift reports summarizing total revenue, best-selling SKUs, and qualitative customer feedback or objections.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
