Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one consultations with walk-in and booked clients Understand client needs and recommend suitable hair systems and services Handle objections and convert consultations into sales Follow up with prospects and existing clients via calls and WhatsApp Drive repeat services, system replacements, and referrals Update client and sales records in our CRM Coordinate with stylists to ensure a smooth client experience Meet monthly sales targets
