Qualification: Any graduate in discipline; Business, Marketing, Music or Arts preferred

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Retail Sales who can drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right musical instruments, accessories, and solutions. The role involves customer handling, product demonstrations, follow-ups, relationship management, and achieving sales targets across retail and B2B segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned individual sales targets through customer engagement, prospecting, follow-ups, and closures.
- Handle walk-in customers, repeat buyers, and B2B accounts to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, music teachers, academies, and institutions.
- Promote and cross-sell musical instruments, accessories, rentals, AMC and other relevant services.
- Provide accurate product information, demonstrations, comparisons, and recommendations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure opportunities are converted into sales.
- Record customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases, renewals,



and additional sales.
- Coordinate with logistics, service, stores, and rental teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Support store-level sales campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Deliver a skilled and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
