Position: Retail Leasing Manager – High Street Retail & Malls

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive retail leasing opportunities across high streets and malls.
- Build strong relationships with national and international retail brands.
- Identify potential retailers, landlords, and leasing opportunities.
- Manage site visits, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop current leasing mandates and maintain a strong business pipeline.
- Track retail market trends, rental values, and upcoming developments.
- Manage client relationships and drive repeat business.

- Preferred Industry Experience: Fashion | Footwear | Jewellery | QSR | Restaurants & Cafés | Beauty & Wellness | Electronics | Grocery | Lifestyle & Entertainment Brands.

What We're Looking For:

- 5–10 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.
- Strong network with national and international retail brands.
- Experience in High Street Retail and Mall Leasing.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and business development skills.
- Solid understanding of Pune's retail real estate market.
