Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage large-scale construction projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects for steel plants, fertilizer plants, blast furnaces, sintering facilities, pellet plants, and other industrial infrastructure developments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all phases of project execution.

Job Requirements :

- 22-30+ years of experience in managing complex engineering & construction projects in the metals & mining industry.

- Robust understanding of iron making processes including blast furnace operations; knowledge of fertilizer production processes is an added advantage.

- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
