Role Description This full time, on-site Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist role is based in Bengaluru East. The specialist is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the entire sales cycle, including project presentations, site visits, and follow-up communication. Daily activities include qualifying leads, explaining property features and pricing, coordinating with internal teams for inventory updates, and assisting customers with documentation.

The role also involves negotiating terms within company guidelines, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.



The specialist is expected to deliver consistent, professional customer service and meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Residential Real Estate and Real Estate domain knowledge, with an understanding of local Bengaluru market trends.
- Proven Real Estate Sales experience, including lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Effective Contract Negotiation skills, with the ability to handle pricing discussions and closing terms professionally.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining lead and sales records.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is an advantage.
