Candidate should be M.Sc (Chemistry) with 1 to 5 years of experinece in Research and development from a reputed API manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments for API process development and optimization.
- Perform organic synthesis, reaction monitoring, and process improvement.
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, purity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Interpret analytical results using HPLC, GC, and other relevant techniques.
- Prepare and maintain experimental records, laboratory notebooks, and technical reports.
- Support technology transfer, scale-up activities, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
Required Skills: Knowledge of organic synthesis, API process development, analytical techniques, documentation, and laboratory safety.
