- Release Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage release plan across PODs including Release deliverables/Features, Release timelines
- Support on Teva processes for data availability, Architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews etc.
- Coordination across PODs for dependency planning and scoping
- Support dependency and conflicts across teams/PODs
- Support prioritisation and approvals for environment set up, data availability etc
- Risk Management & Mitigation from Teva
- Participation in Go/No Go Decisions and communication from Teva
- Robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks
- Experience with release orchestration and automation tools
- Experience with MLOps/DataOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
- Proficiency in version control and configuration management
