Role Description The Relationship Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and guiding them through the loan application process.
The Relationship
Officer will conduct customer meetings, explain product features and eligibility criteria, collect and verify required documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing. Daily responsibilities also include achieving sales and disbursement targets, handling customer queries, providing post-disbursement support, and promoting Shubham’s offerings within the local market. The role requires consistent field interaction, follow-ups, and a customer-centric approach to foster trust and long-term engagement.
