Role & Responsibilities:
Source MSME loan leads through telecalling and field visits; meet clients, understand funding requirements, coordinate documentation, and manage the client relationship end-to-end until loan disbursement.
Generate clients through calling, field visits, and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams throughout the process until loan disbursement.
Maintain valuable client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
