This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, sales, and driving business through relationship management in the health insurance industry.

Agent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new health insurance agents and partners.

Train agents on health insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Ensure agents have access to necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Generate current business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide training and support to agents for business growth.
- Ensure quality customer service and timely policy issuance.

Desired Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and business development orientation.
- Ability to build and manage agent relationships.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products will be an added advantage.

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates with sales/insurance background can apply.
