AlienHouse Networks is hiring on behalf of our partner company in the home loan and financial services sector.
? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales.
- CIBIL score of 700 or above.
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Candidates currently or previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered.
? COMPENSATION & ADVANTAGES
- Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA, or up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to company norms.
- Monthly in-hand: Approximately ₹30,000 – ₹32,000.
- Travelling Allowance (TA).
- Health Insurance.
- Performance-based incentives.
? WORKING SCHEDULE
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
- 6 days a week.
- Weekly off: 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month.
- Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition for home loan products.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits and promote suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
