We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager (RM) to manage existing dealership networks, strengthen dealer relationships, drive repeat sales, and ensure smooth coordination between dealers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Generate repeat orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Regularly follow up with dealers for vehicle orders and billing.
- Monitor dealer sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Resolve dealer concerns through coordination with internal departments.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Track pending orders, payments, dispatches, and dealer requirements.




- Conduct regular dealer visits and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and dealer performance reports.
- Support dealer retention and network development activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in dealer management, relationship management, or channel sales.
- Experience in the automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or three-wheeler industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and repeat-order targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for dealer visits.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in automobile dealership handling, dealer sales, channel sales, and dealer relationship management will be preferred.
