Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through open-market activities, field visits, and customer references.
- Identify potential customers and explain suitable insurance products based on their requirements.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Convert leads into successful business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Explore new markets and identify business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of field activities.

Mandatory Requirements:





- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Knowledge of the local/regional language is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with extensive travelling and hardcore field sales activities.
- Willingness to work in the open market and generate leads independently.
- Target-oriented approach with a strong passion for sales.

Working Schedule:

- 6 Days Working.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
- 1 Day Rotational Week Off.

Candidate Profile:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in field sales, insurance sales, banking sales, telecom sales, FMCG sales, or financial product sales will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within the assigned territory.
